Overview

Wawa began its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) journey, completing workforce and workplace elements.  Wawa is now looking at ensuring diversity in marketplace function and in community.  As part of this effort, has turned its attention to Supplier Diversity journey.

In building a supplier diversity program at Wawa, several factors will influence the customization of the initiative to Wawa’s environment.

M³ Consulting will review data systems impacting the buy decision—procurement, accounts payable, project and construction management. Advanced systems integration allows for real-time assessment of activities that impact cross functional areas and begins to address silos that ultimately impact the ability of the organization to see and solve root-cause issues. After our review, we will provide recommendations and assist with implementation of seamless connectivity and sharing of data analysis across operating units.
